The establishment of the ANESP by the Government aims has objectives to improve the quality of education, give strong impetus to the implementation of public projects and reduce the time of realisation of studies and work y related. More specifically:

Initiation and monitoring of studies of feasibility of public projects will be entrusted
Evaluation of the costs of these projects, the preparation of workbooks loads and project-specific technical requirements
Design and dimensioning of structures
Launch of the call for tenders
Counting and the evaluation of the tenders
Maîtrise d'ouvrage delegated
Monitoring and control of the work
Organization of the reception of the finished works.

The Agency is also intended to ensure the technical audit of public projects and the management of a National Bank of technical, economic and financial data and the establishment of a documentary background on all public projects which will be entrusted to.
