Organisation

The ANESP is a public institution, governed by a particular status which gives it the flexibility of management adapted to the performance of its tasks.

The adopted organization is guided by principles operational capability, effectiveness and efficiency. It revolves around a Department technical, with a cluster of experts in the various sectors where they intervene. 

This Department is responsible for the design, execution and monitoring of projects. The technical department is supported by another responsible for monitoring and evaluation and planning that will ensure the presentation of viable and sustainable projects economically and financially. The ANESP also includes a Department responsible for administrative and financial affairs as well as a cell responsible for the procurement.
